Nourish Health Food Stores is a leading Irish retailer specialising in organic and natural foods, supplements, and body care products.With a focus on community well-being and sustainable practices, Nourish offers a wide selection of locally sourced produce, wholesome pantry staples, and expert advice to support healthy lifestyles.
PROBLEM
Nourish had been running campaigns on Google Ads and had noticed a decline in return on advertising spend. At the time they needed an uplift across all channels and Digital Trawler were a part of a larger project
On further investigation:
Poor Ad Groups: Nourish had ad groups configured but over time as Google Ads developed, these ad groups became outdated and increased significantly in cost per clicks lowering the return
Not using Latest Technology: There was a missed opportunity when it came to some of the more advanced Google Ads techniques that utilise AI and machine learning.
Knowledge Gap: When it came to digital marketing there was an internal knowledge gap that need to be addressed in order to maintain campaigns.

The branded campaigns were rebuilt to accurately reflect the company’s profile with strategic bidding based on locations of the companies physical stores
Store Launches
As nourish launched new stores, display advertising was used to reach the local audience and ensure everyone in the area was aware of their presence.
Shopping & Performance Max
To find new customers and people searching for the products Nourish offers we configured and managed multiple Performance Max campaigns that utilise advertising across, Youtube, Gmail, Google Search & Partners as well as Shopping Adverts. With these campaigns we were able to utilise AI and machine learning models to find the optimum mix of adverts and timing to convert users into customers.
Digital Marketing Support
Digital Trawler has also provided Search engine optimisation support and advice as well as analytics advice during the engagement. This has enabled the team to achieve and maintain high rankings for many of the brands they sell online.
