Get a free tracking and SEO audit
No obligation. We do not share your details. Two working days.
Most of the accounts we audit are counting the wrong things, or nothing at all.
It rarely looks broken. The dashboards still fill up. The numbers just do not mean what everyone thinks.
“Google Ads says zero conversions.”
Enquiries are coming in, but the tags that should tell Google Ads are broken, so the campaigns optimise on nothing.
“GA4 and our inbox never agree.”
Twenty enquiries in the inbox, eight in analytics, thirty in the ads account. Nobody knows which to believe.
“The cookie banner broke our tracking.”
Consent was added in a hurry, and since then the numbers dropped, or nobody is sure what is still being recorded.
“We have dashboards nobody reads.”
Pages of charts, and still no clear answer on cost per enquiry or which channel to put more money into.
Every one of these is fixable, usually in weeks. The free audit includes a tracking check.
From the first tag to the monthly decision.
Six workstreams. Most clients need the first three fixed before anything else is worth doing.
- GA4
A clean GA4 property
Audit or fresh setup: key events that match your real enquiries, filters for internal and bot traffic, and data you can rely on.
- Tag Manager
Tags that fire when they should
Google Tag Manager organised and documented, so forms, calls, bookings and purchases are each recorded once, and only once.
- Conversion tracking
Google Ads fed real results
Conversions imported into Google Ads, enhanced conversions where they help, and a live test enquiry to prove the whole path records.
- Consent
Privacy without blind spots
Google Consent Mode and your cookie banner set up together, so you respect visitors' choices and still measure what you are allowed to.
- Reporting
Reports built for decisions
Looker Studio dashboards and a one-page monthly report: enquiries, cost per enquiry by channel, what changed and what to do next.
- Insight and testing
From numbers to changes
Customer surveys and page tests to find out why visitors leave, then changes tested so you know what worked.
From data audit to tested improvements, in six steps.
The first three make the numbers trustworthy. The last three turn them into better results.
Data audit
We check GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions and consent, and compare them with your real enquiries.
Action plan
Everything we found, ranked by how much it distorts your decisions, with what we will fix first.
Report configuration
Tracking fixed and tested, key events agreed, and a dashboard built around the numbers you actually use.
Interpret findings
Each month, a strategist reads the data and explains what it means for your marketing in plain English.
Customer surveys
Short surveys to find out what the numbers cannot tell you: why people buy, and why they leave.
Test hypothesis
Changes to pages, forms and campaigns tested against the baseline, so you know what made the difference.

What people ask about analytics
Why do GA4 and Google Ads show different numbers?
They count in different ways: different attribution, different time windows, and different handling of visitors who decline cookies. Some difference is normal. A large gap usually means a tag is missing or firing twice, and that is what we check first.
Do we need server-side tracking?
Not always. It helps when a lot of data is lost to browsers and ad blockers, or when you send conversions to several platforms. We recommend it only when the audit shows it would make a real difference.
Can you work with our existing setup?
Yes. Most of our analytics work starts with an existing GA4 and Tag Manager setup. We fix and document what is there rather than starting again, unless starting again is quicker.
Will consent rules stop us measuring?
Not if consent and tracking are set up together. Google Consent Mode lets you respect visitors' choices and still measure in a privacy-safe way, so your reports and your Google Ads keep working.
Can the work be grant-funded?
For Irish SMEs, it can be. Enterprise Ireland supports such as Digital and AI Discovery can fund some of the work, depending on eligibility. We go through it after the audit.
