LBS Partners are a business consultancy based in Ireland with Offices in Limerick and Dublin. They have a team of 20 consultants working plus an inhouse team including a sales and marketing management
PROBLEM
They saw a reduction in traffic over the space of 2 years
LBS Partners website had lost online visibility in their industry due mainly to an unoptimised and underperforming website.
Leads were dwindling
While LBS Partners engaged in paid advertising to mitigate the decrease in traffic, the leads being generated through the website were not having a positive affect on their sales pipeline.
Experienced website crashes
LBS Partners website had numerous outdated plugins and multiple CMS’s. The number of plugins had increased over the years causing bloating, slowing down the site and making it harder to manage and more vulnerable from a security perspective.
Poor User flow and Engagement
Over the year’s campaigns and strategic objectives brought adhoc changes to the site. These changes slowly fragmented the user journey, skewing customers’ perception of their capabilities and results.
SOLUTION
Website Design
We initially met with management and got a clear understanding of the customer’s pain points. All content was re-written from a brand and sales perspective and optimised. This was done using the latest technology available..

- LLM scoring systems – allowed us to ensure we covered topics cohesively by identifying gaps in our content
- Flesch–Kincaid readability scoring – allowed us to make sure our content was as simple as possible to readers, increasing the chances of the user leaving with the right message.
The site was built using Divi and connects to HubSpot to ensure we have complete visibility of where leads came from and what tactics work to produce revenue. This allows us to pin point the exact return each and every lead and channel produces.
Search Engine Optimisation
First of all we identified the best keywords to target by reviewing search volumes and keyword difficulty scores. Every page was re-optimised on the site
- ULR’s were re-written to reflect key search terms
- Navigation structure was rebuilt
- Content was optimised using AI & LLM technology
- The site speed increase from 27 to 97
